This is a refurbishment, remodelling and renovation of a large Grade 2 listed Victorian terraced house in Leeds. English Heritage requirements meant that much of original structure had to be retained and restored whilst following the need for delivering interesting contemporary spaces.
This project was completed in 2014 by North Building.
