This basement conversion turns a largely unused basement into high quality living space. By excavating under the existing living room a large new space is created at a very modest cost. The basement is opened up, using structural sleel to support the three storey building above. The basement is to be fully tanked using a proprietary system. The rear of the ground floor is remodelled to form a new kitchen and living room, new timber framed glazed sliding doors give great views across the Wharfe Valley to the south.
