This is a prototype design for a freestanding home office or garden room. The building can be constructed using the latest building techniques, resulting in a very fast and cost effective construction program. These mini-buildings can be delivered within weeks. The basic shell, in a variety of shapes and sizes can be configured internally to deliver a variety of functions from home offices to childrens playrooms or home extensions. Construction technique means the building can be demountable and transported to a different location. A variety of external cladding materials can be used to suit any location and super efficient insulation means that heating is also very cost effective.
